Summer Smoothies

Hello! Azi am pentru voi 3 retete simple si foarte rapide pentru niste bauturi fructate perfecte pentru vara!

Hello! Today I have for you 3 really simple and quick smoothie recipies, perfect for this summer!

Strawberry Banana Smoothie
2 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped / 2 banane inghetate, decojite si taiate in feliute
10 ounces organic strawberries, stemmed and sliced / 250-300 gr de capsuni fara codite si feliate
1 cup milk / o cana de lapte
6 ice cubes / 6 cuburi de gheata
1 tablespoon honey / o lingura de miere

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth! / Amestecati toate ingredientele intr-un blender si mixati pana la omogenizare!


Mint Magic Smoothie
2 cups honeydew melon, cut into chunks / 2 cani de pepene galben taiat bucatele
1 cup frozen seedless white grapes / o cana de struguri albi, fara samburi, inghetati
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves / jumatate de cana de frunze de menta
juice of 1/2 lime / sucul de la o jumatate de lamaie
1 ice cube / un cub de gheata

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth! / Amestecati toate ingredientele intr-un blender si mixati pana la omogenizare!


Peachy Watermelon Smoothie
2-3 cups watermelon (seeded) / 2-3 cani de pepene rosu cu samburi
1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt / o cana de iaurt low fat de vanilie
1 cup strawberries (frozen) / o cana de capsuni inghetati
1 peach / o piersica

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth! / Amestecati toate ingredientele intr-un blender si mixati pana la omogenizare!

The perfect high heels!

Buna dragelor! Azi m-am gandit sa va impartasesc criteriile dupa care imi aleg eu pantofii cu toc. Asa ca sa nu mai stam la taclale si sa va spun:

Hello dears! Today I've decided to tell you what criteria I am considering before buying new high heel. So here we go:

1. Trebuie sa fie comozi! Nu imi prea cumpar pantofi de la care sper sa se mai lase materialul :)

    They must be really comfy. I almost never buy shoes which I have to stretch later :)


2. De preferinta un toc ceva mai gros si patrat. As alege un asemenea toc de o mie de ori in detrimentul celor stilleto. Inaltimea tocului nu ma deranjeaza, desi pentru a vedea daca nu sunt prea inalte pentru mine, am un truc: incearca sa te ridici pe varfurile picioarelor in timp ce esti incaltata cu perechea de pantofi pe cae o testezi. Daca ramane spatiu intre calcaiul tau si talpa pantofului, atunci sunt ok.

    The heels must be somewhat square and just a little bit chunky. I would choose this kind of heels a billion times instead of the stilleto. The hight of the heels doesn't really bother me as long as the shoes pass my test: while wearing the shoes you wanna test, try lifting yourself on your toes. If there is any space left between your heel and the shoe, then those high heels are ok for you.


3. Platforma sa fie de maxim doua degete. Poate pentru ca sunt si ceva mai inalta, dar oricum nu imi plac de nici o culoare platformele acelea exagerate!

    The platforms I like are a maximum two fingers high. Maybe because I am a bit taller, but anyways I do not like what so ever those really high platforms.

Five fashion items I would probably never wear!

Salut! Astazi v-am pregatit o lista de fashion items pe care cel mai probabil nu le voi purta niciodata! Trebuie retinut totusi ca parerea mea se refera doar la momentul actual, iar daca in viitor chiar voi purta unul dintre lucrurile de mai jos, asta nu inseamna ca ma contrazic! Enjoy!

Hello there! For today I got a list of fashion items that I would probably never wear! Even so you must remember that my opinion is purely referring to the present moment and if sometime in the future I will actualy wear something from this list, it won't mean that I am contradicting myself! Enjoy!

1. Ciorapi lungi albi / White pantyhose

  

Nu ca mi se par neaparat digratiosi ci pur si simplu nu-mi plac! Imi dau impresia de picioare de manechin aflat in vintrina unui second-hand!

It's not that I find them disgraceful, it's just that they make me think of a dummy in the window of a second-hand shop!

2. Sosete in pantofi / Socks in high heels

 




Asta chiar mi se pare ciudat! Personal nu imi place sa mi se vada sosetele iesind nici macar din pantofii de sport. Totusi trebuie sa recunosc ca versiunea din dreapta este chiar draguta pentru shooting foto sau o prezentare, dar nu pot sa spun ca o voi purta vreodata pe strada.

I find this really awkward! Personally I don't even like my socks coming out of my sports shoes. Anyways, I have to admit that the version from the right is really cute for a photo shoot or for the catwalk, but I can't really say that I will wear that out on the streets.

3. Tricoul cu vedere la buric/ The short T-short

 

Poate pentru ca detin si putintel muffin top, poate pentru ca nu sunt pentru ideea de a-mi expune rinichii intr-un asa mod, nu stiu, dar cert este ca nu sunt prea incantata de felul asta de tricouri. Eu l-as purta cu un top pe dedesubt, sunt convinsa ca asa ar arata ceva mai dragut!

Maybe because I do have a bit of muffin top, or because I don't really like exposing my kidneys like that, I don't know, but I am definitely not excited about this kind of  t-shirts. I would wear this with a top underneath it, I think that will make it look much more cuter!

4. Pantofii cu varf ascutit/ Pointy toed shoes

Astia nu mi-au placut niciodata! Arata groaznic! Parca sunt labute de scafandru! Nici nu vreau sa dezvolt subiectul pentru ca pur si simplu nu mi-ar ajunge tot spatiul disponibil pe net pentru a condamna "inventia" asta!

These are just AWFUL! I never liked them! They look just like scuba diving fins! I don't even want to start criticising this "invention" because the internet just doesn't have enough space for that!

5. Vestele moncler/ The moncler vests

 


Are o gramada de "no nos''! De la faptul ca e oarecum lucioasa/sclipicioasa, pana la faptul ca e segmentata si arata ca o mini omida! Probabil ca fiind mai grosuta e super comfortabila si calduroasa, dar la fel e si un palton sau cel putin o alta haina de iarna care sa nu arate ca un sac de gunoi!

These vest is full of "no nos"! From the silky/gllitery look, to the fact that its segmented and reminds me of a caterpillar! I'm not saying that it's not warm or comfortable, but so is any other winter jacket that doesn't look like a garbage sack!

Nu cred ca pot sa aleg o singura culoare preferata, pentru ca imi plac toate. Dar daca ar totusi sa aleg ar fi intre verde si rosu.
I can't really say that I have a favorite color, because I like all of them. But if I really had to pick one, it will probably be either red or green.

8.Favorite flower?
Cu siguranta calele sunt florile mele favorite.
Definitely calla lilies are my favorite.

9.Favorite day of the week?
Nu stiu, depinde, cred ca sambata totusi.
I don't really know, maybe Saturday.

10.Favorite month?
Luna Mai. Si nu pentru ca atunci sunt nascuta ci pentru ca nu e nici prea racoare incat ca nu pot purta hainute de vara, dar nu e nici canicula incat sa lesin de cald.
May. And I am not saying this because I was born in May, but it's because in May it's not chilly anymore, but still it's not quite hot outside, so for me it's the perfect weather.

Cu siguranta vara. Dintr-un milion de motive!!!!
Definitely summer. For billions of reasons!

12.Favorite fruit?
Nu e doar unul :)). Cirese, ananas, capsuni, pepene rosu si astea sunt doar cateva.
I don't have just one favorite fruit. Cherries, pineapple, strawberries, red melon and these are just a few of them :P.

13.Favorite nonalcoholic drink?
Probabil sucurile naturale, desi de multe ori ma gasesc tanjind dupa o Cola.
Probably fresh juices, although I often found myself dying for a Coke.

14.Favorite alcoholic drink?
Reds sau Sheridans.

15.Favorite clothing store?
Nu pot sa spun ca am unul, pentru ca de multe ori am tendinta sa cauta bargains prin tot Clujul :P
I can't really say I have a favorite store at the moment, because I often go looking for bargains all over Cluj. (the city I live in)

Undeva departe cu persoana iubita. Nu prea conteaza unde atata timp cat sunt inconjurata de multa verdeata.
Somewhere far I guess along with my love one. It doesn't really matter as long as I am surrounded by lots of green.

Ma uit la prea multe filme ca sa pot alege unul:P Dar cred ca ar fi o comedie, Grown Ups.
I watch too many movies so I cannot really decide. But let's say Grown Ups.

In mod sigur Friends. Apoi How I met your mother.

Pizza? Cartofi prajiti? Nu stiu.

Dansul! Apoi volei.

Ascult cam orice, atata timp cat are un beat si un ritm grozav. Trebuie sa te faca sa sari de pe scaun si sa incepi sa dansezi. Cred ca ar trebui sa mearga putin spre hip hop. Dar nu sunt pretentioasa.
Mostly anything with a great beat and rhythm. Anyways it must make you jump right off your seat and start dancing. Maybe hip hop, but I'm not really picky.

Tusul de ochi. E preferatul meu.
Liquid eyeliner. It's my favorite.

23.Favorite blogger?

24.Favorite video game console?
Nintendo Wii. Dar am zarit mai nou si X-Box 360 Kinect. Nu stiu pana nu il incerc si pe acela.
Right now, Nintendo Wii. But I saw the latest  X-Box 360 Kinect so I can't really say until I try the kinect too.

Sims? Nu stiu.

Phineas si Ferb.

Nu cred ca am asa ceva. Daca imi place il port, ca e produs de infrumuseatare, ca e ceva hainuta, indiferent ca e brand sau nu.
I don't really have such a thing for brands. I will wear it (make-up or clothing) even if its a known brand even if its not, as long as I like the way it fits me.

Roberts Downey Jr., Johnny Depp, Adam Sandler / Sandra Bullock, Catherine Heigl, Jessica Alba.
